Founded in 2008, we started as a traditional PVC card company specializing in membership cards, gift cards, and die-cut cards. Over time, our business expanded to include smart card solutions including contact chip cards, low-frequency cards, high-frequency cards, and UHF cards.

We work with various encapsulation materials including transparent PVC, metal, wood, ABS, PETG, silicone, fabric, and PLA. We also collaborate with surrounding manufacturers to provide supporting materials such as lanyards, paper printing, card holders, badges, and ID card printer consumables.

Our WoodCard Story

This wood card website is one of HUYI Smart Card's specialized platforms. Years ago, a European boutique hotel approached us with a custom wood hotel key card request.

The creative idea of combining natural eco-friendly materials with RFID smart technology deeply inspired us. After months of research and experimentation, we overcame technical challenges. With the support of our wood suppliers, we successfully embedded chips into thin wooden sheets.

We established a dedicated wood card production line and can now deliver high-quality products quickly.

Our wooden RFID key cards and access cards are made from natural solid wood materials including oak, beech, maple, walnut, cherry, sapele, basswood, and bamboo. Adhering to environmentally sustainable concepts, we perfectly blend original wood grain textures with advanced RFID technology.

Using precision embedded encapsulation technology, our cards are thin, durable, and sensitive. They preserve the natural wood texture while supporting laser engraved logos, custom patterns, and personalized encoding.
